All residents are provided a primary parking space (an enclosed garage) as well as a secondary space (in front of the garage). These spaces must be used before parking anywhere else on the property.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcomed (cats and dogs only) and must be enrolled in Pet Screening. Restrictions Apply. 1st dog: $500 nonrefundable pet fee. 2nd dog: $250 non-refundable pet fee. 1st cat: $300 non-refundable pet fee. 2nd cat: $100 nonrefundable pet fee. Pet rent: $25 per dog. Pet rent: $15 per cat. Dog breed and age restrictions apply. Pets must be at least 6 months old and house trained. The following breeds, or any mix of dog which contains as an element of its breeding any of the following breeds are not allowed on the premises: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, Argentine Dogo, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canerio, Staffordshire Terrier and Wolf Hybrid.
